Website Care Plans

Yes. Our Care Plans are able to work with any WordPress website that passes our evaluation test. We need to make sure that you are setup with a reliable hosting company and we need to understand a little about how it has been built. Once we have performed our evaluation, we will advise on any issues we see and possibly make suggestions. If all is okay we will setup the Care Plan. Our fee for performing an evaluation is set at £150.

For those on our higher tier Care Plans, we provide two options for a coaching call: over the phone coaching calls or those done via a Skype video call. If your Care Plan does not include coaching calls as part of the monthly tasks that we will perform, you can simply visit our coaching calls service page and purchase a one-off session. Our coaching calls are pure consultancy and will help you to focus on achieving your goals and objective through your website presence in effort to help you grow. We will even provide training as part of the call if needed.

If you require more hours than your Care Plan provides on a given month, we can do one of the following:

1. Submit a fixed fee quote for a specific and fixed requirement
2. Provide you with our normal hourly rate to run any overage.
3. Upgrade your care plan to allow for more support hours.

We will obviously need to factor any extra hours that this will take into our schedule whenever we can and we review this on a case-by-case basis. This is why having a care plan where we devote that amount of time allocated by the care plan to your business website every month is usually the best solution.

We will provide virtually any type of support you request as long as it's related to the website that the Care Plan is covering. The most common support requests that we receive tend to be for content updates, minor design improvements or minor development tasks. Any requests for new features on your website will likely result in a quote from us as they are difficult to keep within support hours (they aren't really support anyway).

Not unless you're on our higher tier plans. Your support time is kept aside by us every month, meaning that we keep resources free to enable your allocated time and we cannot then book in other work in that place. Rest assured that we will process any support requests as long as they fall within your allocated time.

Our Care Plans will cover those scenarios. However, the main purpose of our Care Plans is to provide preventative care to prevent this from happening. Therefore, in the unlikely event that should this happen you can rest assured that we will spend the time getting your website back up and running without extra cost. Even if your website is not hosted by us and the issues are caused by the hosting provider, we will still communicate on your behalf in an effort to resolve the issues. Because we take a long backlog of off-site backups, we should be able to help with most scenarios encountered by a hosting provider.

No. Our Care Plans have evolved over years to support WordPress websites and their particular issues and idiosyncrasies. We provide a decade of experience in working with WordPress and simply would not be able to provide as high a quality in service to provide Care Plans for another platform or system.

Yes, we don't tie you into a contract. We want to built a relationship with you and the website that the Care Plan applies to. However, we completely understand financial constraints.

As long as your account with us is fully paid for a given month, you can cancel with us during that month.
